Phoenix Feathers was a company that sold feather hair extensions. Naturally the logo had to portray the feel of being free and beautiful, therefore I incorporated the phoenix bird and the text to flow out of the bird icon, to create the logo. Oh Yay designed the logo as well as her business cards
Lu’Vaan Skin & Beauty is a beauty salon based in Cape Town. The owner really wanted to rebrand the salon with a simple, yet beautiful & timeless logo to reflect her professionalism. Oh Yay created the logo, price-lists, vouchers and business cards.
Latique is a beauty salon based in Windhoek. The client had a very specific example of what she wanted, so that’s what we gave her. We created a logo for her as well as a price list to use in the salon
The design brief for this brand was to create something that will have personality, be approachable, but also something different. The client was so happy with the outcome and Oh Yay was even happier, because seeing people relate to the designs I create for them is the ultimate reward!
Oh how I love bragging about this wedding. This was the first time I got the chance to work with Lavender Creations. And it was the beginning of a great partnership! This wedding was quite the challenge, as all the stationery had to be done in less than 2 weeks, and the guests and numbers kept changing as the rugby players can’t really rsvp too long in advance. It was a challenge, but Oh Yay loved every second of it. Who wouldn’t want to do everything they can to make sure this lovely couple, Rachel & Siya Kolisi, has the perfect day?
Oh how I LOVE how Seanne & Quintin used our floral set. It went so well with their organic look & feel of their wedding reception. Love when a bride connects with an off-the-shelf set and it helps complete the look of their wedding!
This is one of my dear friends, Melissa. I was so thrilled when she asked me to do her stationery (and be her bridesmaid). She is a creative person herself, so it was so much fun brainstorming with her for ideas. She absolutely loves Harry Potter, so we wanted to bring in the theme without being too corny, and still have a bit of elegance. I would say we got it right?! Loved how everything turned out.
Oh I absolutely love this couple! They are so much fun. We did the “O Koek” cake topper for their wedding, which should speak to their quirky personality.
I never met Claire, but she fell in love with our travel inspired stationery set, Vintage passport 011. I was so happy to help her, especially after seeing how wel she used the stationery with her elegant wedding decor.
Carla loves stationery, so I was very excited that she chose Oh Yay to do her wedding stationery. She did a few DIY things, which is great! Why not save some money if you can. Oh Yay created a lovely coral ombre stationery set for her wedding, that really popped with her white & elegant wedding decor.
